All prices are quoted in Euro (€), including VAT, per room and per night. A tourist tax, not included, of 1.35 €/adult/night (rate 2023) must be paid on site at the time of payment.
Any stay longer than 7 nights will be subject to a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the accommodation. This amount can be refunded in case of cancellation within the time limit (see § Modification, Cancellation, No-show).
No prepayment required except for stays of more than 7 nights for which a 25% deposit will be required. You can cancel your reservation without charge, up to 48 hours before your arrival for stays of 6 nights or less, otherwise the first night will be charged; up to 8 days before your arrival, for stays of more than 6 nights, otherwise the 25% deposit will be retained by the hotel.
In the event that you leave the hotel before the scheduled date, the full amount of the reserved stay will be due.
Arrival is possible from 3pm and departure must be before 11am. For any arrival after 7 pm, please inform the hotel and specify your arrival time. The reception closes at 8:30 pm, a late arrival must be mentioned in advance. Luggage can be dropped off on arrival if it is before check-in time and left on site without extra charge if you leave Saint-Malo at the end of the day.
No payment in guarantee, except for stays of more than 7 nights for which a deposit of 25% will be required. The credit card number is required, but the card will not be charged. Payment will be made upon departure.
