    Information about Parking:

    You can access the hotel with your vehicle to drop off your luggage. However, the hotel does not have parking, but you can park outside Intra-Muros, in the car parks located 200m from the hotel. Please note that all outdoor parking spaces are free at night.

    It is also possible to book your Q-Park parking space online, which allows you to park in the Saint-Vincent underground car park located at the entrance to Saint-Malo (200m from the hotel).

    By Train

    Our hotel is close to the Saint-Malo train station, which is connected by high-speed lines (from Paris) and high-speed trains (from all over France).

    If you are planning a day in the Channel Islands of Jersey and Guernsey, you can walk to the Saint-Malo ferry terminal near the hotel in a few minutes.

    Is Wifi available throughout the hotel?

    Yes, Wifi is available throughout the establishment: from the reception desk to your rooms, including the breakfast room. We would like to point out that this service is free of charge for all our customers.

    Is it possible to have a view of the sea?

    No, it is not possible to have a sea view, the Hôtel des Abers being located in a street in the heart of the old town of Saint-Malo. However, you will be as close as possible to the main street, shops and restaurants. The sea and the beach are about a hundred meters from the hotel.

    Do you have a parking lot?

    No, there is no parking at the Hotel des Abers. However, you can access the hotel with your vehicle throughout the year. You are allowed to stop in front of our establishment while you leave your luggage. Car parks are located outside, 200m from the Hotel. You can book a Q-Park parking space online, which allows parking in the underground car park. Otherwise, parking in outdoor car parks is free at night.

    Can we choose a room with a bathtub?

    The Hotel has 4 rooms with bathtub, depending on the category. If you wish to benefit from a bathtub, please indicate this when booking. We will do our best to satisfy your request.

    Do you have an elevator?

    Yes, we have an elevator that serves all 4 floors from the ground floor. It operates 24 hours a day.

    What time does the reception close?

    The reception is open from 8am to 9pm. Rooms must be released at 11am and arrivals are from 3pm. If you have to arrive outside these times, please inform us at the time of booking.

    What is the seasonal distribution?

    The seasons are distributed as follows:
    Low season: January - February - March - October - November - December
    Medium season: April - May - June - September
    High season : July - August
    There may be exceptions according to some periods (Pentecost, Easter...).

    What are the cancellation conditions?

    Our cancellation conditions are very flexible. You can cancel your reservation free of charge, up to 48 hours before your arrival. No payment is required at the time of booking. Your bank details are only requested as a guarantee.
    If you decide to cancel your reservation within 48 hours, the amount of the first night will be charged.
